THE GOOD
  • Medical and prescription deductibles and copays remain the same as for 2006.
  • No more service related premiums.
  • The percentage you pay will not be adjusted before January 1, 2011.
  • ERMO and Pension Plus participants will have a bankruptcy claim due to loss of subsidy and loss of enhanced coveraged. The claim may be a few thousand dollars. You will not need to do anything to file this claim.

THE BAD
  • Everything will cost more. See the chart for your premium amount.
  • ERMO and Pension Plus premiums will increase to $120 for 2008, and $125 for 2009 and thereafter.
  • Enrollment forms will not be out until "early December" and changes are effective January 1, so the window to reply will be quite short.

THE UGLY
  • Dental annual maximum drops from $2500 to $1500.
  • Bankruptcy claims will probably be paid in Delta stock.
